Ayurvedic routines with Vata dosha in the Fall

Fall is the time of Vata dosha.

It is cold, dry, rough, nervous.

If Vata dosha increases over healthy boundaries, we get: irregular in our feelings, appetite, work routines, digestion, assimilation, feel a bit tired…

AYUVREDA teaches us how to nurture yourself when Vata dosha increases.

Stay:

  • WARM (eat, drink warm foods and liquids, dress accordingly)
  • OILY (INSIDE&OUTSIDE): do self massages with warm sesame oil, eat oily, warm and spicy foods, drink warm teas like cinnamon, ginger, pepper, mint
  • RESPECT THE ROUTINES: eat, drink, work, sleep, exercise regularly, get back into the routine
