- WARM (eat, drink warm foods and liquids, dress accordingly)
- OILY (INSIDE&OUTSIDE): do self massages with warm sesame oil, eat oily, warm and spicy foods, drink warm teas like cinnamon, ginger, pepper, mint
- RESPECT THE ROUTINES: eat, drink, work, sleep, exercise regularly, get back into the routine
