Hvata vas umor? Onaj proljetni? Vjerojatno se budite iz zimskog sna i treba vam malo više energije nego inače. Jeste li i vi jedni od onih koji se groze ječma, raži, cuscus-a? Cjelovite žitarice oslobađaju energiju dugo i polako, što znači da nećete biti gladni brzo, a sav “umor” će rješiti za svega 3 dana jer toliko treba tijelu da počne osjćati dobrobiti hrane koje smo unijeli. Danas je ponedjeljak. Znači, u četvrtak obratite pažnju, a do tada vam preporučam veselje sa cjelovitim žitaricama. Brze su za pripremu i možete ih napraviti u pauzi za ručak. Whole grains release energy slowly and for a long time, which means that you will not be hungry soon, and all the “tiredness” will solve in about three days because so much needs the body to begin to feel the welfare of food that we have taken.
